摘要
目的:建立用近红外漫反射光谱法鉴别中药红曲的方法。方法:采用聚类分析方法进行定性鉴别。结果:有效地鉴别了不同种的红曲,结果与形态学、扫描电镜的检验结果一致。结论:近红外漫反射光谱法快速、简便、低耗,可用于红曲等中药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a clustering analysis method for red kojic by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spec-trometry. Methods: Near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combined with clustering analysis was used to identify red kojic obtained by fermenting 1 of 7 species of Monascus, including M. aurantiacus Lee, M. rubropanctatus Sato , M. albidus Sato, M. barkeri Dangerd, M. ruber van Tieghem, M. purpureus Went and M. fuliginosus Sato. Results: There were obvious differences among red kojic from different species. The results were consistent with that of morphologic study and scanning electron-microscopy. Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple and of low cost, it can be used in the quality control of red kojic.
