双膛窑支撑拱修复措施

Repair measures for supporting arch of double-bore kiln

结合双膛窑支撑拱烧损下移情况,采用钢结构骨架支模浇注进行修复。相比于双膛窑拆除重砌,修复时间大大缩短,修复成本节省了560万元左右。支撑拱修复后已投产运行一年多,尚末发现窑内耐材有脱落现象,窑内压力与产品能耗明显降低。

Combined with the burning down of supporting arch of double-bore kiln,the steel frame supporting mould was used for repairing.Compared with the removal and relaying of double-bore kiln,the repair time is greatly shortened and the repair cost is saved about 5.6 million yuan.The supporting arch has been put into operation for more than one year after restoration,but it has not been found that the refractory in the kiln has fallen off,the pressure in the kiln and the energy consumption of the product have been reduced obviously.
