递进式目标管理结合专病一体化饮食指导在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of progressive goal management combined with specialized integrated dietary guidance in type 2 diabetes patients

目的探讨递进式目标管理结合专病一体化饮食指导对2型糖尿病患者病情改善的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年7月百色市人民医院收治的98例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予专病一体化饮食指导,观察组给予递进式目标管理结合专病一体化饮食指导。比较2组患者干预前后的认知水平、饮食控制情况、自我管理能力及血糖相关指标。结果干预1个月后2组患者在认知水平、饮食控制情况和自我管理能力方面的评分均较干预前升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预1个月及3个月后2组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论递进式目标管理结合专病一体化饮食指导能够更好地改善2型糖尿病患者的疾病认知水平,提高其饮食控制和自我管理能力,且血糖的控制效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of progressive goal management combined with specialized integrated dietary guidance on improving the condition of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods From October 2021 to July 2022,98 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Baise People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were allocated to a control group and an observation group by the use of a random number table,each with 49 cases.The control group received specialized integrated dietary guidance,while the observation group received progressive goal management combined with specialized integrated dietary guidance.The cognitive level,dietary control,self-management ability,and blood glucose related indicators of two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 1 month of intervention,the scores of cognitive level,dietary control,and self-management ability in both groups increased compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group,with significant differences(all P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hr postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin of both groups decreased compared with those before the intervention,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group,with significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive goal management combined with specialized integrated dietary guidance can better improve the disease cognition level,dietary control,and self-management ability of type 2 diabetes patients,and the effect of blood glucose control is better.
