中医特色护理联合围手术期综合护理在前列腺增生症手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨围手术期综合护理联合中医特色护理对前列腺增生症手术患者术后尿失禁以及康复效果产生的影响。方法随机选取2020年12月至2021年12月在南华大学附属第二医院接受手术治疗的88例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其划分成对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组患者采取围手术期综合护理,观察组以围手术期综合护理为基础应用中医特色护理。比较2组患者的并发症发生率、手术指标、中医症候积分和尿失禁评分。结果观察组的手术时长、尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。出院前2组的各项临床症状积分均较护理前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后、术后48 h及出院前2组的尿失禁评分均较入院时降低,且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论综合护理联合中医特色护理对前列腺增生症围手术期患者临床症状的改善和康复均具有积极意义,对术后并发症具有理想的预防效果,且可有效改善患者的尿失禁状态。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the postoperative urinary incontinence and rehabilitation of patients undergoing surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 88 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who underwent surgical treatment were randomly selected from the Second Hospital,University of South China between December 2020 and December 2021.They were divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)by using a random number table.The control group was treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing based on the perioperative comprehensive nursing.The complication rate,surgical indicators,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and urinary incontinence scores of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of surgery,duration of urinary catheterization,bladder flushing time,and length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before discharge,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After surgery,48 hrs after surgery,and before discharge,the scores of urinary incontinence in the two groups were lower than those at admission,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing has positive significance in improving the clinical symptoms and promoting the rehabilitation of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients during the perioperative period.It has an ideal effect on preventing the postoperative complications and can effectively improve the urinary incontinence of patients.
