国际视野下开放教育数字化行动与启示——第一届世界开放大学校长论坛综述

Digitalized Actions and Implications in Open Education Worldwide—Review of the 1st World Open University Leaders Forum

随着数字经济的不断发展和社会数字化的持续推进,“教育数字化”逐渐成为世界各国教育转型的共识。为了解世界各地具有代表性的开放大学数字化转型实践,2023年2月17日,由中国国家开放大学组织举办的第一届世界开放大学校长论坛在北京举行,论坛邀请了来自中国、英国、加拿大、阿拉伯联合酋长国、印度尼西亚、土耳其、马来西亚和哥斯达黎加8个国家的11位开放大学校长,以“共创未来:应对新挑战的开放教育数字化行动”为主题展开讨论。文章在对本届论坛专家观点综述的基础上结合我国实际情况,提出五点启示:完善数字化教育治理体系建设,加快数字化教育技术设施建设,提高教师信息素养和数字技能,深化线上和线下合作、学校和企业合作,深化数字教育国际交流与合作。

With the development of the digital economy and society,educational digitalization has become a global consensus.To understand the digital transformation practices of typical open universities worldwide,the 1st World Open University Leaders Forum was hosted by the Open University of China on Feb.17th,2023.11 leaders in Open universities from China,the United Kingdom,Canada,the Arabic United,Indonesia,Turkey,Malaysia and Costa Rica were invited to deliver speeches focusing on the topic“Creating A New World Together:The Initiative of Open Education Digitalization Addressing the Coming Challenges”.This paper proposes 5 implications based on the views of these leaders:To improve the governance system of educational digitalization;to accelerate educational digitalization infrastructure;to improve teachers’digital literacy and skills;to strengthen online and offline collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises;and to deepen international cooperation and exchanges in educational digitalization.
