创新创业背景下高校“应用型”人才培育教育体系改革策略研究

Research on the Reform Strategy of the Education System for Cultivating“Applied”Talents in Universities under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

党的二十大指出“科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”,将“双创”科技人才提升到一个历史性的新高度,作为培养此类人才的主力军—高校,如何培养出符合新时代特征,具有科技基础和应用能力的人才,已经成为当前教育教学工作的重中之重。本文基于“双创”背景展开高校“应用型”人才培育教育体系改革策略研究,通过分析车辆工程专业的改革阻力,提出相关改革策略。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“technology is the first productive force,talent is the first resource,and innovation is the first driving force”,elevating the“innovation and entrepreneurship”technology talents to a new historic height.As the main force in cultivating such talents,universities have become the top priority in current education and teaching work on how to cultivate talents with scientific and technological foundations and application abilities that meet the characteristics of the new era.Based on the background of“innovation and entrepreneurship”,a study was made in the paper on the reform strategy of the“applied”talent cultivation education system in universities.By analyzing the reform resistance of the vehicle engineering major,relevant reform strategies are proposed.
