High-Quality Agricultural Development:Towards Digital Transformation——Research Based on Digital Agriculture in Yangxi County

摘要 数字技术是农业迈向数字化转型的根本支撑,是实现农业高质量发展的重要技术手段。以现实案例探究数字技术赋能农业高质量发展的内在逻辑,对实现中国式农业现代化具有实践意义。本文通过考察广东省阳西县“产业—生产—经营”三大体系的数字农业实践发现,数字技术“主体—关系—结构”三重赋能农业高质量发展,赋主体以权利推动行动整合,赋关系以联动促进利益联结,赋结构以功能强化集约布局,从而打造农业新型数字化模式。推动农业高质量发展需从要素、环境、主体和产业方面构建“四位一体”的实践路径,提高农产品质量、生态经济效益和综合生产效率。 Digital technology is the fundamental support for the digital transformation of agriculture and an im-portant technical means to achieve high quality development of agriculture.Exploring the inner logic of digital technology empowering high-quality agricultural development with real cases has practical significance for realiz-ing Chinese agricultural modernization.This paper examines the practice of digital agriculture in the three systems of"industry,production and operation"in Yangxi County,Guangdong Province,and finds that digital technology empowers the high-quality development of agriculture from three aspects of"subjects,relationships and struc-tures":empowering subjects to promote the integration of actions,empowering relationships to promote the linkage of interests,and empowering structures to strengthen the intensive layout with functions,thus creating a new digi-tal model of agriculture.To promote high-quality agricultural development,we need to build a"four-in-one"prac-tical path in terms of factors,environment,subjects and industries to improve the quality of agricultural products,ecological and economic benefits and comprehensive production efficiency.
