面向新经济的日本高端设计人才研究:能力架构与培养模式

Research on Capability Structure and Training Mode of Advanced Design Talents in Japan Facing New Economy

近年来随着技术、产业和社会的巨大变革,设计的概念、领域发生很大变化,设计与企业经营活动越来越密切,具有设计能力又有创新性战略力的高层次复合型设计人才日益受到重视。如何培养面向新经济的创新设计人才成为国内外设计界关注的课题。本研究以日本最新的高端设计人才政策为例进行分析,对高端设计人才的概念、能力架构、职责以及跨学科培养模式进行探讨,旨在为我国高层次复合型设计人才培养提供参考。

With the great changes in technology,industry and society,the concept and field of design have undergone great changes in recent years.As design becomes more and more closely related to business activities,advanced composite design talents with design ability and innovative strategic force are increasingly valued.How to train innovative design talents for the new economy has become a subject of concern in domestic and foreign design circles.The study taking the latest policy of advanced design talents in Japan as an example and analyzed the concept,capability structure,responsibilities and interdisciplinary training mode of advanced design talents to provide reference for the training of advanced design talents in our country.
