西部内陆地方高校“在地国际化”互动融合机制研究

摘要 “在地国际化”是西部内陆地方高校从实际出发,以“人类命运共同体”理念为指引,把握“一带一路”倡议机遇,提升国际化办学水平的重要举措。构建“在地国际化”互动融合机制能从统筹传统国际化与“在地国际化”、凝聚广泛共识、推进教育公平及提升学生国际化水平和能力等方面,为培养具有国际竞争力的高水平应用型人才提供保障。西部内陆地方高校可从明确职责分工、壮大师生队伍、注重多元主体、加强内外互联四大方面构建“在地国际化”互动融合机制。 "Internationalization at Home"is an important measure for the local universities and colleges in western inland regions to grasp the opportunities of the"Belt and Road"initiative and improve the level of internationalization based on the reality,guided by the concept of"Community of shared future for mankind".Building the interaction and integration mechanism of"Internationalization at Home"can provide guarantee for the high-level application-based talent cultivation with global vision from the perspectives of the coordination between traditional internationalization and internationalization at home,the building of consensus,the enhancement of education equity,students'international level and capabilities.Universities and colleges in western inland regions can build the interaction and integration mechanism from four aspects,including clear division of responsibilities,the expansion of teachers and students,the emphasis of diversified subjects,and the enforcement of internal and external interaction.
