唐代中原视域下的黔中意象与政府治黔方略探析

摘要 受华夏正统思想影响,位于要服、荒服的黔中地区在唐代居于华夏文化圈层边缘,荒僻与满布蛇瘴的自然环境与值得称道的丹砂和茶叶是中原对黔地最深的印象。基于此观念,唐政府在黔中地区的经营策略以军事建设为重点,无论是唐前期还是唐中后期,唐政府都十分看重当地的土酋势力,一切政策的实施和调整都是在当时的政治军事形势下最大限度地利用土酋军事力量,而较少投入人力物力建设经济。唐政府对黔中地区的经营虽然曾引起小范围的冲突,经营重点也集中在军事建设上,但终唐一代,黔地始终保持“顺地”形象,政府的经营也在一定程度上加速了黔地与华夏文化圈的融合进程,这对推动中华统一多民族国家的形成具有重要意义。 The Qianzhong region,which was located in the outlying areas,was on the edge of the Chinese cultural circle in the Tang Dynasty.The remote and snake infested natural environment,as well as the commendable cinnabar and tea,are the deepest impressions of Qianzhong from the Central Plains.Based on this concept,the Tang government's management policy in Qianzhong focused on military construction.No matter in the early Tang Dynasty or the middle and late Tang Dynasty,the Tang government attached great importance to the local chieftain forces.The implementation and adjustment of all policies were to maximize the use of the chieftain military forces to adapt to the political and military situation at that time,while investing less manpower and material resources to build the economy.Although the operation of the Tang government in Qianzhong region had caused ethnic conflicts in a small range,and the focus of the operation was also on military construction,the image of"obedience"was always maintained throughout the Tang Dynasty,and the government's operation also accelerated the integration process of Qianzhong region and the Chinese cultural circle to a certain extent,which is of great significance for promoting the formation of a unified multi-ethnic country in China.
