摘要
压实作为沥青混合料路面施工中的关键控制环节,其施工质量好坏直接决定路面质量合格与否。为探究压实质量影响因素,选取AC-13沥青混合料作为典型路面结构代表,在室内马歇尔试验及试验段的基础上,对沥青混合料配合比、压实温度及压路机振幅等主要影响因素进行研究。试验结果表明:选择细集料含量较高的级配,在140~150℃的压实温度,30~50 Hz的压路机振幅下,可以确保沥青混合料得到有效压实。
As a key control link in the construction of asphalt mixture pavement,compaction directly determines whether the quality of the pavement is qualified or not.In order to explore the influencing factors of compaction quality,AC-13 asphalt mixture was selected as the representative of typical pavement structure.On the basis of the indoor Marshall test and test section,the main influencing factors such as asphalt mixture mix ratio,compaction temperature and roller amplitude are studied.The test results show that selecting a gradation with a higher fine aggregate content can ensure that the asphalt mixture can be effectively compacted at a compaction temperature of 140~150℃and a roller amplitude of 30~50 Hz.
