后张预应力技术在T梁翼缘板断裂加固工程中的应用与研究

摘要 为探究防撞护栏受车辆撞击后,与之刚性连接的T梁翼缘板断裂加固问题,特以成都市第二绕城高速张家院大桥T梁翼缘板加固工程为背景,从经济性和施工难易程度等方面,对比整体更换梁体和后张预应力加固两种方案的优劣性,研究结果显示:后张预应力技术加固方案造价仅为整体更换梁体方案的46%,同时可节约43.9%的施工工期,计算结果显示,该加固工程中采用后张预应力加固技术所用的螺杆拧紧力为272 N·m,施工过程不需要大型架桥设备,施工更为便捷。 To explore crash barrier after hit by the vehicle,and the rigid connection of the T beam wing margin plate fracture problem,especially in Chengdu second round Expressway Zhangjiayuan Bridge T beam wing flange reinforcement project as the background,from the aspects such as economy and ease of construction,compared to the overall replacement of beam body and post-tensioned prestressed reinforcement of two kinds of schemes can be sex,the results showed that:The cost of the post-tensioned prestress reinforcement scheme is only 5%of the overall replacement scheme,and the construction period can be saved by 45.6%.The calculation results show that the screw tightening force used by the post-tensioned prestress reinforcement scheme in the reinforcement project is 272 N·m,and the construction process does not need large bridge equipment,and the construction is more convenient.
