摘要 随着燃料电池汽车产业的发展,大容积70 MPa车载Ⅳ型储氢瓶已成为现阶段氢能应用的重要任务之一。本文通过对国内外70MPa车载Ⅳ型储氢气瓶研发和应用现状的调研,系统地描述了车载Ⅳ型储氢瓶各项关键技术的研制进展,对比分析国内外车载Ⅳ型瓶标准化现状及检验检测技术要求,为70MPa车载Ⅳ型储氢气瓶国产化研制、标准制定提供参考。 With the development of fuel cell vehicle industry,large-volume 70 MPa vehicle-mounted type IV hydrogen storage cylinder has become one of the important tasks in the application of hydrogen energy at present.This paper overviewed the domestic and overseas development of 70 MPa vehicle-mounted type IV hydrogen storage cylinder,and systematically introduced the research progress of key technologies,and comparatively analyzed the domestic and overseas type IV cylinder standardization status and test requirement.This paper intent to provide some reference for the domestic manufacturing and standards developing of 70 MPa vehicle-mounted type IV hydrogen storage cylinder.
