摘要
杂物电梯因其结构简单、安装空间要求低的特点,被大量应用于餐饮酒店等经营场所。现阶段杂物电梯在我国被纳入特种设备范畴进行管理,然而部分厂家使用“传菜机”“简易升降机”的名义推销类杂物电梯型设备并试图逃避特种设备监管的行为存在安全隐患。本文从法律定义和标准对比的方向上对此类设备的属性认定方法做出讨论,并对该类设备的监管模式给出建议。
Due to the simple structure and low installation space requirements,service lift is widely used in restaurants,hotels and other business places.Nowadays,the service lift has been concluded into the category of special equipment for management by the state.However,some manufacturers use the name of“food transfer machine”or“simple elevator”to promote its service lift type equipment and try to escape the supervision for special equipment,which can lead to a potential safety hazard.This article aims to discuss the methods of attribute identification of service lift from the aspects of legal definition and standard comparison,and propose suggestions on the supervision mode of service lift.
