Case Analysis of Inspection of Relocated Pressure Vessels

已移装的压力容器由于长期使用、拆装和运输过程保护不当等原因,可能存在安全隐患,压力容器移装检验可以及时发现隐患。本文介绍了压力容器相关安全技术规范内关于移装检验的要求,通过阐述加氢裂化反应器、蒸压釜、烘缸等几种典型压力容器的移装检验案例来分析移装检验的重点,并且从安全状况评估和安装质量两方面对移装压力容器的检验提出了建议。

Pressure vessels that have been moved may have potential safety hazards due to long-term use,disassembly,and improper protection during transportation,and hidden hazards can be detected in time during pressure vessel movement inspections.This paper presents the requirements for removal inspection in the relevant safety technical specifications for pressure vessels.Highlights of the transfer inspection are analyzed by describing the transfer inspection of several typical pressure vessels,such as hydrocracking reactors,autoclaves,and drying cylinders.It also advises on inspection of pressure vessels for relocation,both in terms of safety assessment and installation quality.
