摘要
在天然气输送管道工程中焊管的合理选用是关系管道寿命及运行安全的关键。本文从焊管应力状态理论分析出发,从制造工艺、产品质量、失效情况、市场因素等方面对螺旋缝焊管和直缝焊管进行比较分析,结合焊管的发展现状,给出天然气输送管道工程中钢管的选管建议,并且提出钢管验收和检验的相关措施。
In natural gas transmission pipeline engineering,the reasonable choice of line pipe is the key to the life and safety of pipeline.This paper starts from the theoretical analysis of the stress state of welded pipe,the spiral and straight seam welded pipe are compared and analyzed from the aspects of manufacturing process,product quality,failure case and market factors.Combined with the development of welded pipe,some suggestions on pipe selection in natural gas transmission pipeline engineering are given.The acceptance and inspection of steel pipe related measures are put forward.
