摘要
本文针对某煤化工企业气化装置高压煤浆泵十字头杆出现的断裂失效问题,通过宏观检验、金相分析、材料成分分析、硬度测试、力学性能测试等手段进行了分析。结果表明,此次断裂失效由机械疲劳引起,断裂是由于某种原因在螺牙表面产生微小裂纹,随后在交变循环载荷等多种因素叠加作用下发生了疲劳断裂。针对失效分析结果,提出了针对性的预防措施和建议。
This paper concentrated on the fracture of crosshead rod in high pressure coal slurry pump,and failure analysis were analyzed by methods such as macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,material composition analysis,hardness test and mechanical performance testing.After comprehensive analysis of the results,it gave that failure was caused by mechanical fatigue.The fracture was caused by the micro-crack on the surface of the snail tooth,and then the fatigue fracture occurred under the superposition of many factors such as alternating cyclic load.Some preventive measurements and suggestions were gave according to the results.
