大型医用设备检查适宜性评价体系构建

摘要 目的:构建大型医用设备检查适宜性评价体系与方案,促进大型医用设备合理有效使用,提高大型医用设备检查合理性。方法:通过文献分析、小组讨论和专家咨询法,梳理国内外大型医用设备检查适宜性现状,提出大型医用设备检查适宜性评价体系与实施方案。结果:大型医用设备检查适宜性评价体系包括总则、组织架构、组织实施、评价结果、评价结果应用及改进和监督管理及处罚6部分内容;实施方案应指明具体的评价流程,包括评价范围、评价数量、评价专家成员、评价方法及评价内容等。结论:大型医用设备检查适宜性评价体系与方案有助于促进大型医用设备合理使用、监管与评价。 Objective:To construct a set of suitability evaluation system and program of large medical equipment examination,so as to promote the rational and effective use of that,and improve the rationality of large medical equipment examination.Methods:Through literature analysis,group discussion and expert consultation method,this paper sorted out the current situation of the suitability of large medical equipment examination at home and abroad,and put forward a system and implementation plan for evaluating the suitability of large medical equipment examination.Results:The evaluation system of the suitability of large medical equipment examination included general principles,organizational structure,organizational implementation,examination results,application and improvement of evaluation results,supervision,management and punishment,etc..The implementation program should point out the specific evaluation process,including the scope of evaluation,the number of evaluating cases,evaluation experts,evaluation methods and evaluation content.Conclusion:The established system and program of the suitability evaluation of large medical equipment examination is helpful to promote the rational use,supervision and evaluation of large medical equipment.
