摘要 分析气动电控呼吸机的通气功能结构,按照呼吸支持的进程不同,阐述内吸气单元、内呼气单元和外呼吸单元的结构组成与工作流程,并对各支路的质量控制模块进行对比。通过故障现象的归纳,从气源、通气、检测和控制等方面进行故障原因分析,分步骤进行故障分析和排查处理,总结维修路径,为提高呼吸机管理和维修质量提供借鉴经验。 The ventilation function structure of pneumatic electronic controlled ventilator was analyzed.According to the different process of respiratory support,the structure composition and working process of internal inspiratory unit,internal exhalation unit and external respiratory unit were described,and the quality control modules of each branch were compared.Through the induction of the fault phenomenon,the cause of the fault was analyzed from the aspects of air source,ventilation,testing and control,etc.,the fault analysis and troubleshooting were carried out step by step,and the maintenance path was summarized for providing reference experience for improving the quality of ventilator management and maintenance.
