双组分纺黏非织造材料结构与性能研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了目前市场上主流的3种双组分纤维,分别为皮芯型、并列型和基质-原纤型(海岛型、橘瓣型),概述了影响双组分纤维性能的主要因素——纤维的组成成分及比例、纤维截面形状、纤维组分间界面及纺丝组件,介绍了近10年来双组分纺黏法非织造材料的进展,及其在医疗卫生、空气过滤等领域的应用。 Three kinds of mainstream bicomponent fibers were introduced,which were sheath-core type,side-by-side type and matrix-fibrillar type(including islands-in-the-sea type,orange petal type).And the main factors that affected the properties of two-component fibers were summarized,including fiber composition and proportion,fiber cross section shape,fiber intercomponent interface and spinning components.The new progresses of bicomponent spunbond nonwovens in the past ten years were introduced,and their applications in medical and health,air filtration and other fields were also introduced.
