摘要
目的:分析小花青藤乙酸乙酯层的非碱成分。方法:运用正相、反相硅胶,Sephadex LH-20凝胶等分离材料以及制备型高效液相等色谱方法对小花青藤乙酸乙酯层提取物化学成分进行分离,通过NMR、MS等波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从小花青藤乙酸乙酯层分离得到13个化合物,分别为香草酸(1)、丁香酸(2)、异香草酸(3)、肉桂酸(4)、1,2,4-苯三酚(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、β-hydroxypropiovanillone(7)、原儿茶酸乙酯(8)、阿魏酸乙酯(9)、(+)-丁香脂素(10)、(6S,7E)-6-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3,9-dione(11)、Amygdalactone(12)和Wilsonol C(13)。结论:化合物7~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of non-alkaloids from the ethyl acetate extracts of Illigera Parviflora Dunn.Methods:The extracts of I.Parviflora were separated and purified by silica gel,Rp-18,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatographies,and preparative HPLC method.The structures of the compounds were illustrated by comparison their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data with those reported.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as Vanillic acid(1),Syringic acid(2),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(3),Cinnamic acid(4),1,2,4-benzenetriol(5),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(6),β-hydroxypropiovanillone(7),ethyl protocatechuate(8),ethyl ferulate(9),(+)-syringaresinol(10),(6S,7E)-6-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3,9-dione(11),Amygdalactone(12),and Wilsonol C(13).Conclusion:Compounds 7~13 were obtained from Illigera genus for the first time.
