化疗相关性血小板减少症(CIT)是肿瘤患者常见症状,对肿瘤的规范化治疗有严重影响。吴玉华教授认为CIT的发生,根据其临床特征可归属于中医“血证”范畴,以肝脾肾亏虚为本、火邪旺盛为标、瘀血内停为变,以健脾益气、调肝补肾、清热化瘀止血为基本治则,治疗时以健脾益气、调肝补肾,一则以正气,以达抵御外邪之能,二则保证机体先后天充足,髓有所养,血以得生;清热泻火、凉血止血,使得火邪去,血以得静;辅以活血化瘀之法,使得瘀血去,新血生;注重整体,兼顾阴阳,保证机体阴阳平衡。

Chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia(CIT)is a common disease in tumor patients,which has a serious impact on the standardized treatment of tumors.Professor Wu Yuhua believes that the occurrence of CIT can be classified into the category of"blood syndrome"of traditional Chinese medicine according to its clinical characteristics,which is based on deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,marked by exuberancy of fire evil,and stagnation of blood stasis.The basic treatment is to strengthen the spleen and Qi,regulate the liver and kidney,clear heat and remove blood stasis.Treatment with spleen Qi,regulate the liver and kidney,one with healthy Qi,to resist the ability of external evil;Both ensure that the body day after day sufficient,pulp nourishing,blood to be born;Clear heat and purge fire,cool blood to stop bleeding,so that fire evil,blood to static;With the method of activating blood stasis,so that blood stasis,new blood;Pay attention to the whole,both Yin and Yang,to ensure the balance of Yin and Yang of the body.
