从“标本缓急”论治湿疹

湿疹属于中医学“湿疮”的范畴,是由多种内外因素引起的一种常见的急性或慢性皮肤炎症性疾病,根据病程和临床特点可分为急性、亚急性、慢性湿疹,在临床上表现为不同程度的炎症、瘙痒,对患者的健康与生活造成困扰。“标本缓急”即“急则治其标,缓则治其本”,是中医诊疗疾病的一个重要治则。将“标本缓急”理论运用于湿疹的治疗当中,在治法上,急性期湿疹以清热利湿、祛邪为主;亚急性期湿疹健脾祛湿、扶正祛邪兼施;慢性期湿疹治以养血润肤、扶正补虚;或针对患者症状,急性期时止痒、收湿,慢性期时滋阴、润燥,可有效提高临床疗效,稳定病情,减轻患者的痛苦,为临床治疗提供思路。
