摘要
姜黄素是提取自姜黄科、天南星科等植物中的一种疏水性二酮类化合物。研究表明姜黄素及其衍生物的抗炎和抗氧化作用在神经退行性疾病中发挥重要作用。近年来,姜黄素对阿尔茨海默病及帕金森病的作用机制研究也越来越多。综合姜黄素对阿尔茨海默病及帕金森病的相同作用机制研究成果,为更好探索姜黄素在神经退行性疾病的作用机制提供基础研究思路及开发研究安全可靠的药物提供参考。
Curcumin is a hydrophobic polyphenolic component of diketogens extracted from plants such as Turmeric family and Asteraceae.Studies have shown that the anti-inflammatory,antioxidant effects of curcumin and its derivatives play an important role in neurodegenerative diseases.In recent years,the mechanism of action of curcumin on Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease has also been increasingly studied.This paper synthesizes the research results of the same mechanism of action of curcumin in Alzheime's disease and Parkinson's disease,and provides basic research ideas for better exploration of the mechanism of action of curcumin in neurodegenerative diseases and provides a reference for the development of safe and reliable drugs.
