数字经济背景下新业态从业人员职业发展研究——基于南京市外卖骑手调查数据的分析

摘要 伴随数字经济的快速发展,以外卖骑手为代表的新业态从业人员日益陷入不稳定化的生存困境,带来了一定的社会风险。鉴于此,本研究以南京市外卖骑手为例,依托实证调查、相关性分析和对“个人职业满意度”的回归分析,总结出“发展空间”、“社会认同”和“家庭支持度”三个正向影响因素,进一步剖析这一群体特征。整体来看,健全的法律法规、普适的劳动保障、灵活的培训方式、完善的激励性制度体系和包容的就业选择是调动骑手工作积极性,促进该职业健康持续发展的有效途径。 With the rapid development of digital economy,the practitioners of new business represented by takeaway riders are increasingly trapped in unstable living difficulties,which has brought certain social risks.In view of this,this study takes Nanjing takeaway riders as an example,uses empirical investigation,correlation analysis and regression analysis of"personal career satisfaction"to summarize and analyze the three positive influencing factors of this group.On the whole,sound laws,universal labor security,flexible training methods,perfect incentive system and inclusive employment options are effective ways to mobilize their enthusiasm and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the profession.
