社区面对重大事件时的治理现代化问题研究——以XY社区为例

Research on the Modernization of Governance of Communities in the Face of Major Events——Taking the XY Community as an Example

随着中国社会迈入新发展阶段,农村基层社区治理呈现出许多新特征,各类要素之间的流动更加频繁,城乡融合更加紧密,农业现代化步伐加快,这些都要求改变旧有的基层社区治理模式。XY社区作为典型的农村基层社区,原先的治理模式存在诸多问题,特别是在面对重大事件时显露出不足,影响了整体的发展和居民的安康。因此,在XY社区治理能力现代化方面的探索势在必行。本文通过对XY社区深层次的调研,发现XY社区在管理方面出现的问题,运用行政管理知识结合当地实际情况给出相关解决办法,以期提升社区的管理模式,为以后的全方位发展打下坚实的基础。

As Chinese society enters a new stage of development,rural grassroots community governance presents many new characteristics,the flow between various elements is more frequent,the urban-rural integration is closer,and the pace of agricultural modernization is accelerating,which requires changing the old grassroots community governance model.As a typical rural grassroots community,XY Community has many problems in its original governance model,especially in the face of major incidents,which has affected the overall development and the well-being of residents.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the modernization of XY community governance capabilities.Through the in-depth investigation of XY community,this paper finds the problems in the management of XY community and uses the knowledge of administrative management to give relevant solutions based on the actual local situation,hoping to improve the management mode of the community and lay a solid foundation for all-round development in the future.
