依据《静脉用药调配中心建设和管理指南(试行)》的相关规定,对静脉用药调配中心建筑、暖通、给排水等专业的设计施工,配套设施设备选择,材料选用,施工关注要点,以及评估验收等等相关规定进行了针对性定的解读,并提出了PIVAS维护保养的注意事项与建议,以达到正确、全面理解静配中心建设的特点和有关要求,贯彻“标准化、规范化、同质化”建设,落实《指南》相关规定,确保成品输液质量,保障患者静脉输液使用安全、有效、经济、适宜。

According to Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,hereby,the author group aimed to elaborate the decoration process,decorating materials,selection and maintenance of facilities and equipment for PIVAS(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services).Furthermore,the requirement of the maintenance of the PIVAS was recommended.The author wished the readers could have proper and integrated understanding to the standard of the PIVAS,therefore the<guide>could be applied in their practical work.Above all,to deliver high quality and safe intravenous drugs to patients is the most important work for PIVAS.We took drug economics and efficient dispensing process into consideration as well.
