摘要
异烟肼(isoniazid,INH)是一线抗结核药物,在结核治疗中有不可替代的作用,也可单独用于结核的预防,但其在临床用药时常因不良反应导致用药中断,贻误病情。肝损伤是INH最常见的不良反应,然而其发生机制仍存在争议。近年来,众多研究显示,INH所致肝损伤可能与法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)功能障碍有关,FXR可能是其导致肝损伤的潜在靶点。该文就FXR功能障碍在INH所致肝损伤中的最新研究进展进行综述。
Isoniazid(INH)is a first-line anti-tuberculosis drug,which plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of tuberculosis and can also be used alone in the prevention of tuberculosis.However,its clinical use often leads to drug interruption due to adverse reactions,which delays the disease.Liver injury is the most common adverse reaction of INH,but its mechanism is still controversial.In recent years,numerous studies have shown that INH-induced liver injury may be associated with farnesoid X receptor(FXR)dysfunction,and FXR may be a potential target for INH-induced liver injury.This article reviews the latest research progress of INH-induced liver injury,which is related to FXR dysfunction.
