The article mainly studies the financial characteristics,predicaments,and solutions of modern seed industry enterprises.Through literature review and on-site investigation,it is concluded that the financial characteristics of modern seed industry enterprises include high investment,high risk,long cycle,and high profit.As for the predicaments they face,they mainly include fierce market competition,great pressure of technological innovation,unstable policy environment,and high financing costs.To solve these predicaments,various solutions are proposed,including strengthening technological innovation,optimizing management,expanding sales channels,reducing financing costs,and actively responding to policy and regulatory changes.Finally,representative modern seed industry enterprises are selected for case analysis to explore their solutions and effects.After comprehensive analysis,it is believed that modern seed industry enterprises should strengthen technological innovation and management,expand sales channels,reduce financing costs,and actively respond to policy and regulatory changes to meet the challenges of market competition and maintain a sustainable development trend.
