优化危重症患者转运评估单及标准化转运流程在急危重症患者转运中的应用

Application of Optimizing the Transport Assessment form and Standardized Transport Process for Critically Ill Patients in the Transport of Critically Ill Patients

目的探讨优化危重症患者转运评估单及标准化转运流程在急危重症患者转运中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月医院采用原有危重患者转运评估单及常规转运流程期间收治的急危重症患者56例作为对照组,另选取2020年1—12月医院采用优化改良的危重患者转运评估单及标准化转运流程期间收治的急危重症患者56例作为观察组,比较两组的转运时间、转运不良事件发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组转运至普通病房、手术室、重症医学科的时间均短于对照组,转运不良事件发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化危重症患者转运评估单应用于急危重症患者转运,可缩短转运时间,减少转运不良事件,保障危重患者的转运安全,从而提高患者满意度。

Objective The application effect of optimizing the transport assessment form and standardized transport process for critically ill patients in the transport of critically ill patients has been explored.Methods Select 56 critically ill patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 during the period of using the original critically ill patient transfer evaluation form and routine transfer process,as the control group;In addition,56 critically ill patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 during the period of using the optimized and improved critical patient transfer evaluation form and standardized transfer process were selected as the observation group,and the transfer time,incidence of adverse transport events,and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The time of transfer to general wards,operating rooms,and critical care departments in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse events during transfer was lower than control group;Patient satisfaction was higher than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the optimized critical care patient transfer evaluation form to the transportation of critical care patients can shorten the transportation time,reduce adverse transportation events,ensure the transportation safety of critical care patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
