营养管理知识体验式授予法结合专人饮食管理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Experiential Awarding of Nutritional Management Knowledge Combined with Dedicated Dietary Management in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨营养管理知识体验式授予法结合专人饮食管理在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年5月医院收治的120例MHD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用营养管理知识体验式授予法结合专人饮食管理,比较两组的饮食行为、营养状况和生命质量。结果护理后观察组饮食依从行为量表(RABQ)各维度评分、营养指标及生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养管理知识体验式授予法结合专人饮食管理,可改善MHD患者营养状况与饮食行为,有效提高生命质量。

Objective The application effect of experiential teaching method of nutrition management knowledge combined with dedicated dietary management in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients was investigated.Methods A total of 120 patients with MHD admitted to hospital from August 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 60 patients.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given experiential nutrition management knowledge combined with dedicated dietary management.The dietary behavior,nutritional status,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the scores of each dimension of the dietary compliance behavior scale(RABQ),nutritional indicators,and comprehensive quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential teaching method of nutrition management knowledge combined with dedicated dietary management can improve the nutritional status and dietary behavior of MHD patients,effectively improving their quality of life.
