酸性氧化电位水与邻苯二甲醛溶液对多重耐药纤维支气管镜的消毒效果

Disinfection Effect of Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water and O-phthalaldehyde Solution on Multidrug Resistant Fiber Bronchoscopy

摘要 目的 比较酸性氧化电位水和邻苯二甲醛(OPA)溶液对纤支镜的消毒效果。方法 采用回顾性分析,选取2021年1—6月和2021年7—12月医院重症医学科带有人工气道并行纤支镜检查的多重耐药菌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(124例)和观察组(113例)。对照组以酸性氧化电位水为消毒液,观察组以邻苯二甲醛溶液为消毒液,比较两组纤支镜内腔和外表菌落采样、多重耐药菌检出率。结果 观察组纤支镜内腔菌落合格率(100%)高于对照组(98.5%);观察组外表菌落合格率(100%)高于对照组(98.8%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组多重耐药菌检出率(3.0%)低于对照组(15.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用邻苯二甲醛溶液对多重耐药纤维支气管镜消毒,可有效降低细菌及多重耐药菌检出率,具有良好的消毒效果。 Objective The disinfection effect of acidic oxidizing potential water and ortho phthalaldehyde(OPA)solution on fiberoptic bronchoscopy was compared.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to select patients with artificial airway and fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the intensive care department of the hospital from January to June 2021 and July to December 2021 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(124 cases)and an observation group(113 cases).The control group was disinfected with acidic oxidizing potential water,while the observation group was disinfected with o-benzaldehyde solution.The bacterial colony sampling and detection rates of multidrugresistant bacteria in the lumen and exterior of the fiberoptic bronchoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of bacterial colonies in the lumen of the observation group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(98.5%);The qualified rate of external bacterial colonies in the observation group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(98.8%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The detection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the observation group(3.0%)was lower than that in the control group(15.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of o-phthalaldehyde solution to the disinfection of multi drug resistant fiber bronchoscopy can effectively reduce the detection rate of bacteria and multi drug resistant bacteria,and has a good disinfection effect.
