肿瘤基因治疗研究若干新进展
Progress in gene therapy for cancer
摘要
肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的重大疾病,在其发病的分子机制逐渐被人们认识以及基因治疗的措施日趋可行的同时, 肿瘤基因治疗吸引了越来越多的注意。本文就肿瘤免疫基因治疗、抑癌基因治疗、诱导凋亡基因治疗及载体靶向性研究等方 面的研究进展作一综述。
