摘要
The names of woody plants are the foundation of traditional knowledge of plant diversity and a traditional linguistic heritage.This article uses the methods of plant taxonomy,historical comparison and explanation methods to clarify the naming structure,naming basis,and characteristics of Mongolian and Chinese names of woody plants based on Woody Plants in Inner Mongolia.
