摘要
目的了解某高校听障学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状及与普通大学生的差异,为今后开展听障大学生艾滋病健康教育工作提供参考。方法于2020年12月整群抽取某高校聋人工学院听障学生237人和电气学院普通学生797人进行自填问卷调查。结果听障学生艾滋病知识合格率为64.60%,低于普通学生的艾滋病知识合格率(83.70%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=40.74,P<0.001);对于高危行为后,听障学生艾滋病检测与咨询的需求(94.60%)高于普通大学生(86.92%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.08,P<0.01);39.24%听障学生能接受大学时期发生性行为比普通学生60.35%低(χ^(2)=32.97,P<0.001);获得艾滋病防治知识的途径前3位主要是通过报纸杂志(73.42%)、同学朋友(50.21%)和学校老师(29.96%)。结论听障学生对艾滋病知识的知晓度低于普通学生,对高危行为后艾滋病检测与咨询的需求较普通学生更积极,对大学时期发生性行为的接受度低于普通学生。建议根据听障学生身体及心理特征加强听障学生艾滋病及性健康教育。
Objective To understand the current status of HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude,and practice of hearing-impaired college students and the difference from ordinary college students,so as to provide references for future HIV/AIDS health education for hearing-impaired college students.Methods In December 2020,237 hearing-impaired students and 797 ordinary students of the College of Electrical Engineering of a university were selected to conduct a self-filled questionnaire survey.Results The pass rate of AIDS knowledge among hearing-impaired students was 64.60%,lower than that of ordinary students:83.70%and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=40.74,P<0.001).After high-risk behaviors,the need for HIV testing and counseling among the hearing-impaired students was 94.60%,higher than that among the ordinary students(86.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.08,P<0.01).Totally 39.24%of the hearing-impaired students were able to accept sex during the college period,which less than that of the ordinary students:60.35%(χ^(2)=32.97,P<0.001).The top three ways to obtain knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment were through books,newspapers,and magazines(73.42%),classmates and friends(50.21%),and school teachers(29.96%).Conclusions The awareness of AIDS knowledge of hearing-impaired students is lower than that of ordinary students,the demand for HIV/AIDS detection and counseling after high-risk behaviors in hearing-impaired students is more active than that in ordinary students,and the acceptance of sexual activity in hearing-impaired students during college years is lower than that in ordinary students.It is recommended to strengthen AIDS and sexual health education for hearing-impaired students according to their physical and psychological characteristics.
