摘要
目的分析2019—2022年徐州市疾控中心个人剂量监测能力考核结果,找出差距和不足,提高个人剂量实验室的监测能力和水平。方法2019—2022年按照考核方案,参加江苏省疾控中心放射防护所组织的个人剂量盲样考核,分析考核结果。结果2019—2022年在参加盲样考核时通过使用能量鉴别式剂量计均选择了正确的刻度因子;2019年比对结果中γ射线单组性能范围为-0.09~-0.17,X射线单组性能为-0.12,综合性能为0.13,每组偏差均较大,系因2019年本实验室购买新热释光剂量读出器,检定证书由厂家提供,未重新进行检定所致;2021年γ射线单组性能范围为-0.21~-0.26,X射线单组性能范围为-0.17~-0.18,综合性能为0.21,每组偏差均接近允许水平0.30,系因仪器故障所致;2022年γ射线单组性能范围为0.06~0.08,X射线单组性能范围为-0.09~-0.16,综合性能为0.10,其中只有1组X射线单组性能大于0.10,其原因有待进一步核实。结论本中心实验室个人剂量监测系统满足放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量监测的要求,但还应进一步加强实验室的质量控制。
Objective To analyze the assessment results of the personal dose monitoring capacity of Xuzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2019 to 2022,to identify the gaps and deficiencies,so as to improve the individual dose monitoring capacity and level in the laboratory.Methods From 2019 to 2022,according to the assessment program,the personal dose blind sample assessment was performed by the Institute of Radiological Protection of Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and the assessment results were analyzed.Results From 2019 to 2022,the correct scale factor was selected by using the energy-discriminating dosimeter when participating in the blind sample assessment.Among the comparison results in 2019,theγ-ray performance range of the single group was from-0.09 to-0.17,the performance of the single group of X-rays was-0.12,and the comprehensive performance was 0.13,and the deviation of each group was large,which was caused by the laboratory purchasing a new thermoluminescent dose reader in 2019,and the verification certificate was provided by the manufacturer and was not re-verified.In 2021,the performance range of theγ-ray single group was from-0.21 to-0.26,the performance range of the X-ray single group was from-0.17 to-0.18,the comprehensive performance was 0.21,and the deviation of each group was close to the allowable level of 0.30,which was caused by instrument failure,In 2022,the performance range ofγ-ray single group was from 0.06 to 0.08,the performance range of X-ray single group was from-0.09 to-0.16,and the comprehensive performance was 0.10,of which only 1 group of X-ray single group performance was greater than 0.10,the reason for which needed to be further verified.Conclusion The personal dose monitoring system of the central laboratory meets the requirements of personal dose monitoring of occupational external exposure of radiation staff,but the quality control of the laboratory should be further strengthened.
