多囊卵巢综合征是一类常见的内分泌代谢性疾病,严重影响患者的生育功能和生活质量。研究表明,饮食干预是一种辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征安全、有效的方式,就多种饮食干预治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果进行综述,以期为进一步开展多囊卵巢综合征患者的饮食干预研究、提高治疗效果、改善其生活质量提供参考。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine metabolic disease that seriously affects the fertility function and quality of life of the patients.Studies have shown that dietary interventions are the safe and effective way of adjunct treatment of PCOS.This article reviews the effects of multiple dietary interventions in the treatment of PCOS,in order to provide a reference for further research on dietary interventions,improve the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients with PCOS.
