麝香保心丸联合缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白、胱抑素C的影响

Clinical efficacy of valsartan and amlodipine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on serum C-reactive protein and cystatin C

目的观察麝香保心丸联合缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、胱抑素C(CysC)表达的影响。方法将60例冠心病心绞痛患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组30例采用缬沙坦氨氯地平治疗,联合组30例在对照组治疗基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后心绞痛症状改善情况(心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量、发作持续时间),血清CRP、CysC水平,血脂水平[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]及心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)、心输出量(CO)],并统计比较2组疗效。结果联合组总有效率90.00%(27/30),对照组总有效率63.33%(19/30),联合组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清CRP、CysC水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛发作持续时间、发作次数均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后LVEF、CO水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后LVEDD水平均降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合缬沙坦氨氯地平治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效提高患者心功能,改善患者临床症状,降低血脂及血清CRP、CysC水平,效果较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with valsartan and amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on the expression of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and cystatin C(CysC).Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris who received treatment in our hospital were randomly grouped to two groups.The control group(n=30)was treated with valsartan amlodipine,and the combined group(n=30)was also treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The improvement of angina pectoris symptoms(angina attack times,nitroglycerin dosage,and attack duration),serum CRP and CysC levels,clinical efficacy,and blood lipid levels(triacylglycerol[TG],total cholesterol[TC],and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol[LDL-C]),and cardiac function(left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],left ventricular end-diastolic diameter[LVEDD],cardiac output[CO])were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was obviously higher than the control group(90.00%vs 63.33%,P<0.05).The Serum CRP,CysC,LVEDD levels,nitroglycerin dosage,attack duration,angina attack times,LDL-C,cholesterol,and triglyceride levels were obviously decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the combined group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were lower than thecontrol group(P<0.05).The LVEF and CO levels in both groups were obviously increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the combined group was obviously higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For coronary heart disease angina pectoris,Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with Valsartan and amlodipine can availably ameliorate the cardiac function and the clinical symptoms,reduce the blood lipid and serum CRP and CysC levels,with good effect.
