摘要
基于绿色化学理念,探索选用无毒、低熔点的“正十八醇-月桂酸”近室温有机共熔体系,通过测量步冷曲线,获取不同配比条件下体系的固液相变温度,从而绘制相图;再用差示扫描量热法对固液相变温度加以验证,显示2种方法测得的固液相变温度相互吻合,表明该二元共熔体系用于固液相图绘制实验的可行性。由于高级脂肪酸-脂肪醇体系固液相变的潜热较大,该类体系展现出有望作为潜热储能材料的应用前景。因此,该二元有机共熔体系相图测量实验,可在对实验体系进行绿色化探索的基础上,帮助学生认识相变材料和潜热储能技术。
From the perspective of green chemistry,we explore the use of a non-toxic organic“n-octadecanol/lauric acid”eutectic system with low melting point near room temperature to improve the experiment of“binary phase diagram construction of simple eutectic system”.By measuring a series of cooling curves of the binary system with various compositions,the phase change temperatures were obtained to plot the liquidus line in the phase diagram.Furthermore,those phase change temperatures were verified by means of differential scanning calorimetry,indicating the above two methods are in good agreement with each other and the feasibility of the proposed binary organic eutectic system.In addition,due to its considerable latent heat of the phase change of higher aliphatic alcohol/acid system,the binary system shows great promise as room-temperature phase change energy storage material.Thus,the proposed experiment based on the organic eutectic system,while making green chemical improvement to the experiment,can also help students understand the prospect technology of phase change material and the latent heat thermal energy storage.
