摘要
针对“可再生能源与氢能技术”重点专项中储氢瓶技术指标展开工程分析,根据真实气体的工作状况,采用多种状态方程进行质量衡算,并对不同的计算方法、适用条件进行了具体分析,对衡算结果进行了汇总和比较,把学科前沿、产业技术最新发展成果融入教学设计,符合主题大概念统领的项目式学习要求,可以作为实际气体质量衡算课程设计的新素材。
A systematic engineering analysis was carried out on the technical indicators of hydrogen storage cylinders in the key special project of“Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Energy Technology”.According to the working conditions of the real gas,a variety of state equations are used for mass balance calculation,and different calculation methods and applicable conditions are carried out.After detailed analysis,the calculation results are summarized and discussed,and the formula selection for the real hydrogen under the condition of high-pressure continuous gradient is proposed,which can be used as the new material for the project-based learning course design under the big ideas concept of the actual gas mass calculation.
