摘要
试验旨在研究酸化剂对金陵白鸭产蛋后期产蛋性能、蛋品质、血液生化、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。选取392日龄的金陵白鸭432只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只。对照组鸭饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%酸化剂。试验期75 d,其中预试期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组金陵白鸭平均日产蛋率显著提高(P<0.05),试验3组金陵白鸭死淘数、破蛋率及料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3组蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度均显著提高(P<0.05);金陵白鸭粪便中的有机质含量极显著降低(P<0.01);血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,酸化剂可改善白鸭料蛋比,减少异常蛋率及死淘率,提高产蛋性能、蛋品质以及机体抗氧化和免疫能力,添加0.20%酸化剂效果较好。
The experiment was to study the effect of acidifiers on egg laying performance,egg quality,blood biochemical,antioxidant and immune indicators of Jinling white duck during late laying period.A total of four hundred and thirty-two 392-day-old Jinling white ducks were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 18 ducks in each replicate.The ducks in control group were fed with a basic diet,while the experimental group was supplemented with 0.10%,0.15%and 0.20%acidifiers in basic diet,respectively.The trial period was 75 d,pre-trial period was 15 d,and formal trial period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily egg production rate of Jinling white ducks in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of dead eggs,egg breaking rate and feed to egg ratio of Jinling white ducks in group 3 were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the eggshell strength and eggshell thickness of group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the organic matter content in Jinling white duck feces was extremely reduced(P<0.01),the serum HDL content significantly decreased(P<0.05),the serum T-AOC,GSH-Px,CAT activity significantly increased(P<0.05),MDA content significantly decreased(P<0.05),serum IgA,IgM,TNF-α,IFN-,IL-2 content significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that acidifiers can reduce feed to egg ratio,reduce the rate of abnormal eggs and dead eggs,improve egg production performance,egg quality and the body's antioxidant and immune ability of Jinling white ducks,adding 0.2%acidifierhas bettereffect.
