摘要
本文提出了一种双频段多功能集成天线,可同时满足多功能系统对近距离NFC和远距离LoRa的通信需求。该天线采用倒F形结构和感性线圈加载枝节组成,LoRa和NFC功能模块分别对应两个独立的馈电端口,感性线圈集成在倒F形天线结构内部,实现了天线整体尺寸的小型化。使用商用软件Ansoft HFSS进行仿真设计,两个功能模块(LoRa和NFC)的工作频点分别是868 MHz和13.56 MHz,两个谐振点的反射系数(LoRa:-15.6 dB,NFC:-18.7 dB)和-10dB阻抗带宽(LoRa:10 MHz,NFC:0.33 MHz)均达到了LoRa和NFC天线的设计要求,并且从辐射方向图仿真结果可以看出,LoRa天线模块在868 MHz时具有良好的辐射性能。
In this paper,a dual-band multi-functional integrated antenna is proposed,which can meet the communication requirements of short-range NFC and long-range Lora in multi-functional system at the same time.The antenna is composed of inverted F-shaped structure and inductive coil loading stubs.LoRa and NFC function modules correspond to two independent feed ports respectively.The inductive coil is integrated in the inverted F-shaped structure to realize the miniaturization of the antenna.The commercial software Ansoft HFSS is used for simulation.The operation frequency points of the two functional modules(LoRa and NFC)are 868 MHz and 13.56 MHz respectively.The reflec-tion coefficient(LoRa:-15.6 dB,NFC:-18.7 dB)and-10 dB impedance bandwidth(LoRa:10 MHz,NFC:0.33 MHz)of the two resonant points meet the design requirements of Lora and NFC antennas.It can be seen from the simulated radiation patterns,the LoRa antenna module has good radiation per-formance at 868 MHz.
