摘要
肝硬化全球发病率高,危害大。肝纤维化是肝硬化的早期表现,病程可逆。肝纤维化动物模型是研究肝硬化的重要手段之一。常用的肝纤维化动物模型包括化学毒物诱导模型、外科手术干预诱导模型、饮食诱导模型及乙肝病毒模型等,均存在一定的局限性,不能较好地模拟临床实际肝纤维化发病进程。本文对目前肝纤维化动物模型研究进展进行综述和展望。
Liver cirrhosis has a high global incidence rate and great harm.Liver fibrosis is the early stage of liver cirrhosis,which is reversible.The animal model of liver fibrosis is one of the important means to study liver cirrhosis.The commonly used animal models of liver fibrosis include chemical toxicant induction model,surgical intervention induction model,diet induction model and hepatitis B virus model.However,all of them have certain limitations and cannot well simulate the actual clinical course of liver fibrosis.This article reviews and prospects the research progress of animal models of liver fibrosis.
