党的二十大报告提出“文化自信自强”这一重大命题并对其作出系统部署,表明中国共产党对文化问题的认知和我国文化建设水平都提升到了一个更高的境界。文化自信自强,有着鲜明的理论基础、历史根基、实践根源和现实指引。面向现代化新征程,我们要在历史与现实相统一、传统与现代相协调、中国与西方的比较中,正确认识推进文化自信自强面临的战略环境,完全掌握意识形态主导权,强化文化自信自强的思想引领;大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观,凝聚文化自信自强的价值共识;全面提升国际传播效能,构筑文化自信自强的话语高地;积极推进文化治理现代化,激活文化自信自强的内生动力,不断夺取现代化新征程上的新胜利。

The report of the 2oth CPC National Congress put forward the important proposition of“cultural self-confidence and self-improvement”and made systematic arrangements,which shows that the level of cultural cognition of the Party and the level of cultural construction of our country have been further improved.Cultural self-confidence and self-improvement has a distinct theoretical basis,historical foundation,practical roots and practical guidance.Facing the new journey of modernization,we should understand and grasp the strategic environment of promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement in the unity of history and reality,the coordination of tradition and modernity,and the comparison between China and the West.We should fully grasp the ideological leadership to strengthen the ideological guidance of cultural self-confidence and selfimprovement,vigorously carry forward the core socialist values to consolidate the value consensus of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,comprehensively enhance the efficiency of international communication to build a discourse highland of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,actively promote the modernization of cultural governance to activate the endogenous driving force of cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,then we can constantly win new victories in the new journey of modernization.
