摘要
目的分析高压氧治疗糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的安全性和有效性。方法检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、CBM、CNKI、万方、维普等数据库,时间限定为自建库至2021年11月。收集公开发表的高压氧治疗糖尿病足溃疡安全性和有效性的前瞻性随机对照研究或设计良好的回顾性研究。2名研究者独立筛选收集到的文献,提取相关数据、评估文献质量。应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入15篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,与对照组(常规治疗)相比,试验组(高压氧联合常规治疗)可以有效提高溃疡愈合率(P=0.001),但是总截肢率、总不良事件发生率和总致死率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HBOT治疗DFU是安全的、有效的。
Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in the treatment of diabetes foot ulcer.Methods The published prospective randomized controlled studies and well-designed retrospective studies on the safety and efficacy of HBO in the treatment of diabetes foot ulcer were collected by retrieving databases including Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP,with a time limit from their foundations to November 2021.Three researchers independently screened the collected literatures and extracted relevant data to evaluate the quality of the trials.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 15 literatures were included in this study,from which the meta-analysis results showed that,compared with the control group(conventional therapy),the trial group(conventional therapy combined with HBO)could effectively improve the ulcer healing rate(P=0.001),but there was no statistically significant difference in the total amputation rate,the total incidence of adverse events,or the total mortality rate.Conclusion HBO is safe and effective in the treatment of diabetes foot ulcer.
