摘要
建立三七葛精胶囊这种对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用的保健食品的最佳制作工艺。采用水煎煮法进行提取试验,利用紫外分光光度法,通过正交试验法考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对出膏率、三七总皂苷含量、葛根素含量的影响,进行提取工艺优化。考察胶囊内容物的吸湿率、休止角、制粒程度、堆密度,进行制粒工艺优化。结果表明:试验优化出的最佳提取工艺为加水倍数10倍,提取时间1.5 h,提取次数3次;制粒工艺上选择微晶纤维素作为辅料添加,干膏粉和辅料配比4∶1,润湿剂为体积分数90%的乙醇,选用0号胶囊壳进行装填,胶囊符合质量标准检查。该配方制作工艺成本低,操作方便,合理可行。
Preparate the health food that protected against chemical liver injury to establish the best preparation process of Sanqi Gejing capsule.The extraction test was performed by water frying method,using orthogonal experiment method to examine the water factors,extraction time and extraction times,using UV spectrophotometry to examine the influence of paste rate,Sanqi total saponin content and puerarin content,and optimizing the extraction process.Check the moisture absorption rate,resting angle,granulation degree and stacking density of the capsule content,and optimize the granulation process.The result showed that the best extraction process was 10 times,the extraction time was 1.5 h,and the extraction times were 3 times.Microcrystalline cellulose was selected as auxiliary materials,and the ratio of dry paste powder and auxiliary materials was 4︰1;The wetting agent was ethanol with a 90%volume fraction,selecting the No.0 capsule shell for filling.The preparation process is low cost,convenient operation,reasonable and feasible.
