高职高专院校“食品包装技术”课程教学改革探索

Exploration of the Teaching Reform of“Food Packaging Technique”Course in Higher Vocational and Professional Colleges

摘要 以高职高专院校“食品包装技术”课程教学为例,探索学生与教学师资的情况,该课程教学出现的问题,并提出改革探索方案。结果发现:高职高专院校学生心理较为脆弱,学习能力与积极性欠佳;教师需要根据学生情况,灵活掌握教学内容;该课程需要进一步强化、夯实学生实操能力,可邀请美术学专业教师参与“食品包装设计”部分的授课;通过“翻转课堂”,让学生成为主讲“教师”;该课程的“课程思政”实现形式需多样化;该课程的考核要弱化“应试”思维,强化对学生学习态度的综合考察,尽可能做到对每位学生公平公正;另外教师需要不断充实自身对前沿动态的理解,主动承担科研项目,不断增加专业课程的知识储备,提高政治站位,讲好专业课的同时,融入“课程思政”,不断激发学生的学习兴趣,提高该课程的教学质量。 Take the course of“Food Packaging Technique”in higher vocational and professional colleges as an example,and discuss basic situation of students and teachers,course teaching problems,and presented the proper reform scheme.The results show that students’psychology is more fragile,and learning capacity and activeness are weak;The teachers should flexibly arrange teaching contents based on the students;This course should strengthen the students’actual operation ability,and be instructed“food packing design”by art specialized teachers;The students become the“lecture teacher”through“flipped classroom”;The“curriculum politics”should be carried out in diversified forms;The course evaluation should weaken“test”ideation,strengthen learning attitude of the students,and treat every students in a fair and just way;The teachers should refresh the forefront knowledge,undertake scientific research projects,improve political position,and take“curriculum politics”into the courses in order to stimulate learning interest of students and improve teaching quality of this course.
