本研一体化教学背景下食品安全专业科技写作课程探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Scientific Writing for Food Safety Specialty under the Background of the Integration of Teaching and Research

摘要 本研一体化教学改革的目标是为了使得学有余力的本科生和研究生掌握规范的学术研究的能力。通过分析食品安全专业领域科技写作常见的问题,提出本研一体化科技写作课程教学改革建议,从而培养本研学生的科研选题、文献检索、数据分析能力,规范表达科学发现和技术观点,实现食品安全科学与工程领域本研一体化人才的统筹培养。 The goal of the integrated teaching reform of undergraduate and graduate students is to enable them to master the ability of standardized academic research.By analyzing the common problems of scientific writing in the field of food safety,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the teaching reform of the integrated scientific writing course,so as to cultivate the students’ability of scientific topic selection,document retrieval and data analysis,to standardize the expression of scientific findings and technical views,and to realize the overall cultivation of talents in the field of food safety science and engineering.
