摘要
根据硫化氢在油水混相中的分布特性,对传统三嗪类硫化氢清除剂进行改造,设计开发“胺-醚”结构硫化氢清除剂,并对其脱硫性能进行评价。结果表明:新型“胺-醚”结构硫化氢清除剂可实现清除剂在油水混合相中的充分分散,有效清除油水混合相中的硫化氢;50℃、低浓度硫化氢条件下,0.1mL的硫化氢清除剂的除硫效率可达99.5%;具备高温稳定性和低温流动性,可应用于50~120℃的井下环境,具有良好的配伍性。
According to the distribution characteristics of hydrogen sulfide in oil-water miscible phase,the traditional triazine hydrogen sulfide scavenger was modified,and the“amine-ether”structure hydrogen sulfide scavenger was designed and developed,and its desulfurization performance was evaluated,and the results showed that the new“amine-ether”structure hydrogen sulfide scavenger could fully disperse in the oil-water mixed phase and effectively remove hydrogen sulfide in the oil-water mixed phase.Under the condition of 50℃and low concentration of hydrogen sulfide,the sulfur removal efficiency of 0.1mL can reach 99.5%;With high temperature stability and low temperature fluidity,it can be applied to the downhole environment of 50~120℃,and has good compatibility.
