基于正堵返驱的油井堵水体系研究与应用 被引量:1

Research and application of chemical water plugging technology based on forward plugging and reverse drive

摘要 渤海某油田部分油井在开发过程中由于边水或次生水锥进、地层原油黏度高等原因,含水快速上升甚至水淹,采用油井化学堵水工艺可以在采出段抑制出水部位产水。常规化学堵水技术多存在封堵半径较小,封堵后对油井附近原油驱洗效果有限,油井生产时快速形成绕流,有效期较短,或者封堵过强,影响油井产量。本研究采用正堵反驱的思路,通过笼统注入乳化驱油剂和低阻封堵体系,选择性进入高含水层位,深入地层进行封堵,同时在生产阶段反向驱洗原油,增强堵水效果。该技术在海上油田成功应用,有效降低了油井含水率,8个月内已实现累计增油3080m^(3),为海上提产增效提供了新的思路。 During the development of some oil wells in Bohai Q Oilfield,due to the coning of edge water or secondary water and the high viscosity of formation crude oil,the water content rises rapidly and even water flooding occurs.The chemical water plugging technology of oil wells can inhibit the water production at the produced section.The conventional chemical water plugging technology has asmall plugging radius,which has limited effect on the flooding of crude oil near the oil well after plugging.During the production of oil wells,the bypass flow was rapidly formed,with ashort validity period,or the plugging was too strong,It affects oil well production.In this paper,the ideaof positive plugging and reverse flooding was adopted.Through general injection of emulsified oil displacement agent and low resistance plugging system,it selectively entered the high aquifer level and goes deep into the formation for plugging.At the same time,it reversely drived and washed the crude oil in the production stage to enhance the water plugging effect.This technology has been successfully applied in offshore oil fields,effectively reducing the water content of oil wells.Within 8months,it has achieved acumulative increase of 3080m^(3)in oil production,providing anew approach for increasing offshore production and efficiency.
